1) Facial Rejuvenation

One of the most popular, low-risk medspa procedures available is facial rejuvenation. Its rise in popularity is attributed to its lowered risk compared to other treatments as well as its fast results. Facial peels are simple and fast and show instant results when it comes to wrinkles, fine lines, and skin brightening – just to name a few!

It is essential to use high-quality peels during this process though because of how sensitive facial skin can be. How to spot a high-quality peel? It is best to use naturally-derived acids that will gently exfoliate your skin while giving it a brighter shine. Peels can be customized for your skin type to ensure you get the best treatment that will really fit your needs.

We offer a wide variety of peels that can easily fit into your lifestyle – whether you are looking for something quick such as an express facial, or longer ones designed for more intensive care such as the signature renewal facial or the rebalancing facial.

2) Chemical Peels

Another medspa procedure that continues to gain popularity is chemical peels. At first glance, they might sound similar to facial peels but the two are quite different. Instead of naturally-based acids, chemical peels employ different chemicals to the surface of the skin. This peels away the top layers for fresher skin to emerge from underneath.

It is important to note that chemical peels cannot be done in place of facelifts and there is a great deal of customization needed in order for a chemical peel to be successful. A successful peel will largely depend on factors such as your skin type and the number of peels being done.

Here is a quick overview of the chemical peels we offer and what each of them treat best. More detailed information can be found here.

  • VI Peel: These peels are best for medium-depth peeling and can be used to treat fine surface wrinkles, blemishes, and pigmentation issues. The VI Peel is a blend of Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA), Tretinoic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Phenol, Vitamin C, and other minerals work together to safely remove the damaged layers of the skin, promote cellular turnover, and refine the surface layer for a smoother, clearer, firmer skin that has a more youthful and radiant appearance.
  • Alpha-hydroxy Acids (AHAs): These are mild, mainly intended for smoother skin and have the fastest recovery time. These are suitable peels for those looking to treat dryness, wrinkling, uneven pigmentation and acne. These are most successful if done as a series compared to other peels due to their mildness.

3) IPL Photofacial

A non-invasive treatment, Intense Pulsed Light Photofacials are a great option for those looking for some respite from sun damage for their skin. The intense pulsed light used is able to reduce spots, uneven skin pigment, redness as well as many additional things.

There is also little to no recovery period, making it a fast and easy option that shows great results. The other benefit is that IPL photofacials are not only for the face but they can also be used on areas of skin where there are signs of sun damage.

IPLs target redness and melanin without any harm or discomfort so it is an easy, fast and simple solution that will not cause any pain. Most IPL treatments are spaced apart by a month, and many see results within three to five months, depending on the amount of sun damage.
